1 General Provisions & Definitions

The meanings of certain key terms used in these Terms are clarified below. "Platform" refers to 27bd's website, mobile application, and all related services. "Member" refers to any individual who is validly registered and holds an active account. "Bet" refers to participation in any game or sport using a specified amount of funds from a member's account.

27bd is committed to operating with transparency towards its members at all times. 27bd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform if any significant changes are made. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve it through discussion.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use any service on the 27bd platform, you must be at least 21 years of age. Registration, betting, or any financial transaction by individuals under 21 is strictly prohibited. 27bd reserves the right to verify age at any time, and any account registered with false information will be immediately closed.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each member may operate only one account. If a single individual holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and all bonuses will be forfeited. Multiple members of the same household may use separate accounts from the same device or IP address, but appropriate proof must be submitted.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. If any information changes, the support team must be notified immediately. Registering with a false identity is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

• It is the member's own responsibility to keep their account password secure.
• Account details must not be shared with third parties.
• Any unauthorized access to the account must be reported to 27bd immediately.
• The member is responsible for all activity that occurs on their 27bd account.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

The 27bd platform currently accepts three payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. It is the member's responsibility to provide the correct account number and transaction details when making a deposit. 27bd will not be liable for failed deposits caused by incorrect information.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Identity verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be on hold until any active bonus wagering requirements are met.
• 27bd may request additional documents in the case of suspicious transactions.
• A withdrawal request cannot be cancelled once it has been submitted.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at 27bd will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. This means if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and can play with a total of ৳3,000. If you deposit ৳12,000 or more, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 and can start playing with a total of ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount must be fulfilled. The wagering calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount.

4.3 Bonus Violations

• If bonus misuse or fraudulent activity is proven, the bonus and associated winnings will be voided.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same household or IP address are not permitted.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games and markets; specific restrictions apply.
• Each promotion may have its own special conditions, which will be published on the promotion page.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Limits & Validity

Each bet is accepted subject to the member having sufficient balance in their account. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is incorrectly accepted due to a technical error, 27bd reserves the right to void it.

5.2 Sports Betting

Various markets are available in sports betting, such as match results, total runs, handicaps, and more. If an event is cancelled, the related bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded. In the event of any dispute, the official result from the relevant sports body will be considered final.

5.3 Casino Games

The 27bd casino section offers slots, live casino, and various table games. Each game has its own applicable rules. The live casino offers the opportunity to play with real dealers. If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical issue, 27bd will act in accordance with its compensation policy.

• Any attempt to influence the outcome of a game is prohibited.
• The use of automated software or bots is strictly prohibited.
• Colluding with other members to place bets will be treated as fraud.

6 VIP Program & Cashback

27bd has three VIP tiers. The Bronze tier offers a weekly cashback of up to 0.4%, the Silver tier offers up to 0.8% cashback, and the Gold tier offers a weekly cashback of up to 1.2%. There is an opportunity to advance to higher tiers based on regular and active play.

• Cashback is credited to the account within a set timeframe each week.
• Cashback bonuses have their own wagering requirements.
• VIP benefits may be revoked in cases of policy violations.
• 27bd reserves the right to modify the terms of the VIP program at any time.

7 Prohibited Activities & Account Closure

The activities listed below are completely prohibited on the 27bd platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, and all bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

• Registering using a false identity or the identity of another person.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Bonus hunting or manipulating the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• Collecting personal information of other members or harassing them.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Any activity that interferes with the smooth operation of the platform.

7.1 Account Suspension & Closure

27bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason, without prior notice. To appeal an account closure decision, the support team may be contacted.

8 Security & Data Protection

• Members' financial information is stored in encrypted form.
• Payment processing is completed through fully secure and verified methods.
• 27bd conducts regular security audits.
• Accounts may be temporarily locked in the event of suspicious login attempts.

9 Responsible Gaming

27bd believes in responsible gaming. We encourage members to play for entertainment, never under financial pressure. If signs of excessive gambling appear, please seek help immediately.

10 Limitation of Liability

The 27bd platform provides services on an "as is" basis. 27bd is not liable for any loss caused by technical errors, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues. 27bd is also not responsible for the actions of any third party outside the platform.

• Services may be disrupted due to natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• In such situations, 27bd will make every effort to restore normal service as quickly as possible.
• 27bd's adjudication committee will make the final determination on matters relating to game results.

11 Dispute Resolution & Contact

After a complaint is submitted, 27bd will investigate and provide a resolution within a reasonable time. 12 Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All content on the 27bd platform — logos, designs, code, text, and graphics — is the exclusive property of 27bd. Members may use the platform for personal use, but reproducing or distributing any content for commercial purposes is prohibited.

• 27bd's trademarks or brand names may not be used without permission.
• Scraping or automatically collecting any part of the platform is prohibited.
• Analyzing or reverse engineering the platform's source code is not permitted.

13 Amendment & Enforceability of Terms

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. 27bd may amend these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
