Withdrawals
At 27bd, withdrawal requests are usually processed within 1 hour. However, if your account verification is incomplete or you are making a large withdrawal for the first time, it may take a little longer for security reasons. If the issue persists for a long time, contact us via live chat.
No, 27bd only allows withdrawals to a mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) registered in your own name. If you use someone else's number, the request will be rejected and account verification may be required. This is to ensure the security of players' funds.
Yes. 27bd's payment system is active 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Whether it's night or a public holiday, you can submit a withdrawal request at any time and expect it to be processed within 1 hour.
To withdraw winnings from a welcome bonus, you must meet the wagering requirement. You need to wager 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the original deposit). For example, for a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳30,000 in wagers. Once the requirement is met, your balance will be fully withdrawable.
The minimum withdrawal amount at 27bd is ৳1,000. This limit applies to all three methods — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. As long as you have at least ৳1,000 in your account balance, you can submit a withdrawal request at any time.
Casino & Table Games
Roulette has a spinning wheel and a ball. You place bets on various numbers, colors (red/black), or groups of numbers. If the ball lands on your selection, you win. At 27bd you will find both European and live roulette. For new players, starting at a low-bet table is the most practical approach.
Yes, both games are available at 27bd. Teen Patti is a three-card poker variant from the Indian subcontinent — the player with the best hand wins. Andar Bahar is even simpler: the dealer places a joker card face up, and you bet on whether the next matching card will appear on the "Andar" (inside) or "Bahar" (outside) side. Live dealer versions of both games are available at 27bd.
In baccarat, the side — "Player" or "Banker" — whose point total is closest to 9 wins. You can bet on either side or on a "Tie." Card values are straightforward: A = 1, 2–9 = face value, 10/J/Q/K = 0. Both sides receive two cards each, and a third card may be dealt according to the rules. At 27bd's live baccarat tables, you can also chat in Bengali.
At 27bd, multiple table limits are available to suit players with different budgets. There is a suitable table for everyone, from complete beginners to experienced high rollers. The minimum bet is clearly displayed in each game's lobby, so you can decide before you join.
Yes, 27bd's live casino is fully mobile-optimized. You can play with a live dealer directly from the browser of any Android or iOS smartphone. For a smooth experience, use a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or 4G). No separate app download is needed.
VIP & Cashback
The 27bd VIP program includes weekly cashback, faster withdrawal processing, and priority access to special promotions. At higher tiers, the cashback rate increases and dedicated support becomes available. As a regular player, you advance through the VIP tiers automatically.
By playing regularly and staying active, you are promoted to the next tier automatically. The more active you are on the platform, the faster you move up. 27bd places more importance on consistency than on reaching a specific turnover. Your current position can be seen in the VIP dashboard in your account.
27bd has three VIP tiers in total:
Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.2%
Additional benefits are added at each tier. Reaching higher tiers is possible by playing regularly.
Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.2%
Additional benefits are added at each tier. Reaching higher tiers is possible by playing regularly.
Each week, a set portion of your total wagers is returned to your account as cashback. The cashback rate depends on your VIP tier — up to 0.4%, 0.8%, and 1.2% for Bronze, Silver, and Gold respectively. Cashback is credited automatically at the designated weekly time and does not need to be claimed separately.
Bonus Terms
Yes, all bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus and any associated winnings are automatically cancelled. Read the terms and conditions carefully when claiming a bonus and use it in time. If you have any doubts about expiry, contact us via live chat.
If you want to cancel an active bonus, contact 27bd's live chat support. Please note that cancelling a bonus will also forfeit any winnings earned from that bonus. Think the decision through carefully before cancelling, and consult the support team if needed.
No. At 27bd, the welcome bonus applies only once per person — only one account per device, per household, or per payment method. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
A wagering requirement is the condition that determines how much you need to wager before bonus winnings become withdrawable. Important: at 27bd, the 15x calculation applies only to the bonus amount, not to the original deposit plus bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 total wagers required.
When you open a new account at 27bd and make your first deposit, you will receive a 200% bonus on that amount — up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Log in to your account and select the bonus option at the time of your first deposit. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving you a total of ৳3,000 to start playing.
